they may not know the answer, but they know how it should sound.

So they let the gods decide their fate - as though indecisive neutrality maintains a sense of parity.
As the bombshells fall like some ancient call, crumbling idols sit and smile with the expression man gave them.

The bleakest outlooks plague the working people, being dealt like cards to the cigar-weilding class.
Fat cats live where the smoke is sweeter and superficiality replaces any sense of reality.

Why are they trying to be just like everyone else?
Superficiality, everyone is in love with themselves.

Every moment we live here gets left for someone else to find what it means to believe in ourselves and the face we hide.
